Receptionist / Administration Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Islay Estate Office for a full-time individual to join our team to assist with all receptionist/administration duties within a busy, progressive office environment. Previous experience would be advantageous, however full training will be given. It is essential for the successful candidate to have good attention to detail and be organised. They should be able to prioritise and manage their own workload and communicate with others. A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to change is important. Applicants should be IT proficient particularly in word and excel. It is imperative to have the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
