Islay EstatesCompany are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and hard-working people,ideally a couple, to join our team to provide housekeeping and dinner service forthe principles of the Estate. This role would be perfect for a couple who arelooking to relocate to the beautiful Island of Islay. The Estate have 5self-catering properties in which you would be responsible for caretaking and carryingout the changeovers in.

Yourduties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Preparing Estate properties in advance of guest’s arrival and carrying out changeovers upon their departure
• Daily housekeeping, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in Estate properties as required
• Keeping a stock of cleaning products, bottled waters, soaps, and other essential supplies needed in Estate properties and topping up when necessary
• Laundry
• Running errands for guests/family
• Assisting with shoot lunches
• Preparation of vacant properties prior to staff/tenants moving in
• General maintenance in Estate properties
• Cutting grass, and assisting in the garden as required
• Weekly vacant property checks and meter readings
• Assisting in Bridgend Shop as required

Previous housekeeping experience and silver servicetraining would be advantageous, however full training for this role will alsobe given.

Both applicants should have a full UK driving licenseas this is necessary for carrying out shopping/running additional errands asrequired.

Competitive rate of pay and a 2-bedroom cottage willbe provided.
