Head Chef (Bridgend Hotel)

We are looking for a motivated, team-player to join us at Bridgend Hotel which is part of Islay Estates Company.  This exciting opportunity would suit an individual with a passionate interest in cooking delicious food with local, seasonal produce.

Islay Estates Company produces high quality grass fed beef and lamb, a substantial amount of wild game and has its own kitchen garden. On top of this Islay’s bountiful coast produces fabulous seafood including lobster, crab, langoustines, oysters and scallops. Good knowledge and appreciation for Scottish ingredients is important.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting field to fork team giving the successful applicant the ability to cook with fresh, top quality produce, building a good reputation and to be part of developing the Bridgend Hotel into a destination hotel and restaurant.
