Sleeps 4        1 double         1 twin with bunk.  All one floor: Living room, kitchen, twin bedroom, twin bedroom with bunk beds (one not full size), bathroom with shower over bath, drying room. Garden.           

Colour  T.V. with Freeview, Hi-fi, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, payphone.

Linen and towels provided. Open fire and electric heating, logs provided.
